Telco Asset Expiry

Most telco assets such as mobile data or voice minutes have an expiry date on-chain similar to traditional charging systems.

Once the expiry date is passed, the on-chain asset will no longer be usable or transferable.

It is the responsibility of the corresponding off-chain (OCS) to enforce the expiry of the asset. See also Telco Asset Usage.

Since a deposit in DENTX is paid for each issued asset, it is up to the issuing operator to burn the assets and reclaim the deposited DENTX.
